Data deletion
Customers and authorised users can ask FifeFusion Ltd to delete personal information or platform data associated with our services.

Send your request
Emailgaolinfeng@fifefusionltd.comwith the subject “Data deletion request”.

Identify the account
Include your name, business name, contact email and the relevant service or platform account. Do not send passwords, access tokens or sensitive credentials.

Verification and completion
We may ask for reasonable verification before acting. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise eligible information and confirm completion, normally within 30 days.
Some records may be retained where required by law, security, dispute handling or legitimate record-keeping obligations. You can also revoke platform permissions directly through the relevant platform's account settings.
